The Angel C. Reese Foundation is committed to responsible stewardship of every dollar donated. Our board of directors reviews all financials quarterly. We maintain a conflict-of-interest policy and follow all IRS requirements for 501(c)(3) organizations. Grant-makers and major donors may request additional documentation by contacting us directly.
